Patient access:  Book online and save time, it is simple, quick and easy.

To be able to book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your health record, and more please opt for patient access.

All that you need to do for this service, is to register with the practice.  Either ask at reception for details or visit patient.info/patientaccess

Test Results

scope_aple_heartPlease call between 10am - 2pm to receive your test results.

Please note that the practice has a very strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make a telephone appointment to discuss them with a clinician if your are advised to do so.
