R Health Access Survey

To all our patients,

GP Practices are important in any community and many people respect the relationship they have within their GP Practice.

As modern practices we recognise that we need to adapt to preserve this relationship at a time when demand for services is increasing.

In Runcorn the R-Health project has been set up to achieve this.

The R Health Project involves all 6 practices within Runcorn working together and learning from each other, sharing our experiences and expertise as well as looking into new ways to deliver GP services across the Runcorn area.

We also want to work with our patients. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We know there are opportunities to do things better and to deliver services in ways that better suit our users so want local people to be involved in how we shape our services.

The purpose of this survey is to collect views, experiences and ideas from local people who use our practices and the services we currently provide.

One of the key areas we want to look at first is how people make an appointment with their GP practice.

To complete the survey please take on the following link:

This survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and we would be extremely grateful if you were able to complete this.

Many thanks,

All the team at Murdishaw Health Centre
